Had sprinkler head go bad. Called late afternoon and by the early morning it was fixed. Excellent response time.

Aaron Asmus and Pro Rain have done our sprinkling systems for decades and we couldn't ask for better service. He involves himself in the timeline of construction projects and works with the landscapers and lawn installation people. He has returned to flush the system every year and adjusts heads when needed to accommodate changes in our flowerbeds and landscaping. Great company, personally and professionally!

Worse experienced that I ever had.. Overcharged 450 dollars cashed.. Robert did the work one month ago inexperienced for sprinkler job, still leaking and dirty work. I called many times but he only text me, and rude reply.. Gerard not responded the call and didn't give the raseed. Very very alert about these Guys.....and company

First time having a sprinkler system blown out. Home is new to us this year. Service personnel was right on time, quick, and knew his stuff. Although I did have a sprinkler system he had never seen before. He was impressed it could all be cycled through from my phone. Which probably saved us a good 10-15 minutes in walking around the house between zones. He let me know what was needed of me, and he did the rest. I already plan to have them back out in the spring to repressurize the system and check on a few troublesome heads... read more
