I highly recommend Pro Quality AC. I had dealt with four AC companies but they failed to resolve my issues. The techs at Pro Quality went extremely out of their way to fix my problem. They are a representation of their name Pro Quality.

The team at Pro Quality has been caring for my HVAC needs for around 15 years. The owner has been at my house late into the night on several occasions to make sure my issues are resolved. Having young children and an elderly mother, climate control is essential to my family's well-being. I have purchased a new unit from them for both my upstairs and downstairs. The products, installation, and maintenance services have all been exceptional.

Run, paid for unit to get replaced $7600 it worked 1 day which was on July 3rd, here we are in August, called, but all I get is excuses, they text and say they are on their way, but never show up. I was told to run the fan until they come back out, but when you move the button on, the fan doesn't come on until 3 hours later. I don't recommend this business. Your bad as a professional, who text clients, pick up a phone and call. I DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE, HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN AND NEVER RETURN. PAID ... read more
