I have had a great experience while getting my therapy. All staff is welcoming, interactive and supportive of my needs. The physical therapy continues to improved my success in my recovery.
Very Disappointed. I called to cancel my appointment. Yesterday was Memorial Day so I didn’t think they were open. And so when I called them this morning to cancel, they called me back and said I had to pay $100 to cancel. I told them that yesterday was a holiday and that’s why I didn’t call and they still are charging me. They said they were open. How was I to know they were open yesterday my sister‘s PT was not open yesterday.. anyways, I would not recommend this Medical service to anyone they will try to take your money
Had a very positive experience with Pro-PT .. It started with Karina the Receptionist and ended with Kevin my therapist .. very professional but very welcoming .. I actually enjoyed attending physical therapy .. if I ever need therapy again .. I’ll be sure to return
I came to this facility thinking it was going to be an insurance mandated waste of my time before I could get a well needed mri approved. 30 years after a horseback accident, I have back issues that have required a neck fusion, caused lower back degeneration and took me out of work over 16 years ago.. at the current time I am dealing with a suspected torn hip labrum which I expect will lead to surgery.
