I reached out regarding replacing my large deck that is 20+ years old and not in good shape. Assumed I’d have to replace the entire thing and start over. I live at a home built in 1958 which has had minimal improvements. Pro properties replaced all rotten facia and siding, put new gutters and rebuilt a front porch. They scheduled me and gave Estimated starting Date weeks in advance. The foreman showed up a day earlier than given and began work on the date They said they would. Each day the crew showed up on time worked all day taking minimal breaks up until late in the evening.
