My experience with this shop was disappointing. I brought my car in due to transmission issues, and initially, they told me they would run diagnostic tests—including dropping the transmission pan—to determine the problem. However, when they contacted me later, they quoted $2,800 for a new transmission without having performed any of the promised diagnostics. I had the best experience at this shop. The guys who run it are very kind, patient and answered all my questions with knowledegable answers. I won't ever go to another shop again. I found the best shop around!!! Thank you for being honest and kind.
