I had them pick up my mower for a quote to fix my deck (I hit a tree stump and bent a spindle). They picked it up, and a week later they called and said they were almost done with my “tune-up”, and they quoted $600 (just for a basic “tune-up” which I didn’t want or need to begin with). So I bought a $12,000 Spartan lawn mower, and it had some issues brought it here. They fixed it under warranty. Then I brought another john deere lawnmower, because it was not starting only 240 hr on it. it cost $1,300 to get fixed, I picked it up, one of my employees went to use it, and it was backfiring. I went into Pro Power a week ago looking to purchase my first zero turn mower. CJ was outstanding at answering my first timer questions and was very patient with me when I went back and forth between a few models. He never tried to "sell" me anything which was amazing. I ended up with a great mower at a great price in my yard within a few hours. I don't typically write reviews but like to give credit where it's due - I actually walked out of there happy which is rare in retail these days. Thanks guys!

This is a family owned business and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I purchased my Spartan mower from them, the service and the product do not let you down. They are the best.
