Matthew is a nice enough guy but is also extremely unprofessional and lacking knowledge. Communication is greatly lacking. He shows up when he feels like it or doesn't show up at all. When we needed a simple repair, he kept forgetting and it took over a month. We do not recommend, at all! I have communicated my frustrations to him in the past but apparently he does not care.
One of the worst pool companies I’ve ever had the displeasure of hiring. It was satisfying to finally fire this company. Avoid!!
