I am a resident of an HOA in Chesterfield. Pro Pool has been contracted for our pool service for many years. For the past several years, the service has progressively declined to the point that I feel compelled to comment. As I am a frequent visitor to the pool, I am more aware of the day to day conditions and the extreme neglect and contractual failures that continue to persist. This was my first job this past summer and I didn't really know what to expect. I was blown away by how flexible scheduling was. My manager was great and my pay was even better. There was plenty of opportunity to pick up shifts, and take days off. I took a three week vacation with no scheduling issues. I am very excited to return next summer.
