I strongly disagree with “Lilly Ray’s” recent very derogatory review of Pro Pool regarding the Pheasant Point pool. As a longtime homeowner and member of the HOA Board who has worked closely with Pro Pool for many years, I know that the community has enjoyed excellent service from Pro Pool. Are there occasionally some leaves in the pool? Yes, especially after strong winds and storms, because there are nice shade trees lining one side of the fence. As a resident of this community, I am extremely disappointed with the company responsible for managing and maintaining our pheasant point HOA pool. The most concerning issue is the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. The pool is frequently dirty, with leaves, debris, and other materials left floating in the water for extended periods of time. I am a resident of an HOA in Chesterfield. Pro Pool has been contracted for our pool service for many years. For the past several years, the service has progressively declined to the point that I feel compelled to comment. As I am a frequent visitor to the pool, I am more aware of the day to day conditions and the extreme neglect and contractual failures that continue to persist.
