Multiple invoices for not just pool care but work done under pump,no dollar amount upfront. Ask for pool light to be fixed for well over year,said he forgot until floating in pool. Still not fixed because couldn't find part. Stopped cleaning pool said we had outstanding balance, yes 88.00! Never notified us of that and now pool green and filters clogged. He gets very hateful at times also.

Takes care of my pool, professionally. Sweeps my pool most of the time and always adds the proper chemicals needed.
I tried calling them to do some cleaning and stain removal on my pool. Called them on 3/24, 3/26, 3/27, and 3/28. Every time I called, the person who answered the phone said he'd have to check with the owner and call me back to get me a price. Repeatedly promised to call me and never did. Kept saying things like "I thought he called you yesterday" or "he said he already called you". I don't understand how companies like this stay in business
