An appointment was set-up for me to service a Samsung washer through Lowes. I received a confirmation call at 5:08 PM with the request to call them back. I did, but the phone just rang and rang. I waited until 8:00am the following morning as my appointment was for 8-12 that day. Again, the phone just range for about 20 times until I finally got a recording telling me their business hours are 9-5.
