My service technician, Clive, was fantastic. a really pleasant and kind man. The leak under my kitchen sink was fixed by him in less than an hour, and it hasn't happened since yesterday or, I'm sure, for the next 10 years. I emailed directly and dialed my home insurance. Amazingly, the principal responded after a four-day holiday weekend, and I was offered an appointment the very next day. So where can you find this level of efficiency? Thank you, Darrius and Clive.

Despite my best efforts, I was unable to clear a particularly stubborn toilet blockage. I dreaded having to wait until the next day or two to have professional unclogging assistance. The afternoon was winding down. This business was able to send someone to my house in less than 20 minutes after I called them. The tech, Clive, was outstanding! Clive, my service technician, was excellent. A really cheerful and nice guy. He took less than an hour to fix the leak under my kitchen sink, and it hasn't happened since yesterday or, I'm confident, for the ensuing ten years. I called my house insurance and sent a direct email. Amazingly, after a four-day holiday weekend, the principal answered, and I was given an appointment the very next day.
