Brett was wable to come out on short notice to look at the water heater and determine that the heating element had gone bad. My unit is under warranty to we had a little wait time in receiving the parts needed but as soon as they were received Chris came out and had the bad element swapped out within 15 minutes.

These guys rock. I had other plumbers out to give me a bid, but these guys did it for a fraction of the cost and and in a fraction of the time that it would take for the other plumbers to do it. Definitely calling again for any plumbing issues.

Great work and not over priced! Called them for a second opinion when another plumber had quoted us $4k. They found the waterline leak and fixed it same day for so much less. So happy to have our waterline leak fixed.
