I’ve hired Jay multiple times over the last several years and every single time he’s the best plumber and nicest guy I’ve ever dealt with in my 25 years as a home owner and landlord.
Very friendly and honest company. He explained to me all the options that I had in order to make sure my heating on the 2nd floor increased. He also guided me through how I can bleed the water boiler by myself in the future. All in all, very great guy and prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!
I reached out and spoke to "Jay" and we set up a time for him to come out to evaluate my parent's boiler and provide a quote for repair. After not showing up during the agreed upon time window, he texted, asking if he could come by the next day. I texted back, "what time"? That was the last I heard from him. This very unprofessional. If something came up, a simple text to let me know, would have sufficed. Instead, he chose to go M.I.A. A great company, very responsive and knowledgeable. I had them service a couple of boilers and hot water heaters. Jay walked me through everything, explained the job clearly, and was pleasant and professional. Highly recommend
