We were in a hurry to fix a broken faucet pipe outside our home. It was a hose faucet that stood about 4 feet high with the spigot on the end. It was bent when moving something which cracked it near the bottom and so we had to turn off the water to the house because it was gushing out. All he did was cut it below the crack and put some kind of clamp over the top. $500.00 RIDICULOUS!!! I called for an emergency plumbing issue. I asked for the earliest appointment. I wake up early to wait for plumber only to have a call an hour into the window of their supposed arrival to be told that they would be there four hours later. This is a joke. Worst customer service. I hate being lied to. If you can't make the appointment, don't set it in the first place. Told them I don't want their service and called another plumber. Hello, Unfortunately, I had a pretty bad pinhole leak in my wall. I could hear the general location by sound and water seeping. I called Roter Rooter and the first tech showed up, although without the part I asked for to detect the leak. After waiting an hour, the supervisor showed up and quoted me an astronomical price knowing that I was desperate to save my new kitchen cabinets and to prevent further water damage. $2100 to tear into my tile and repair the pinhole !!!!!
