This guy took my money and ran. Have not heard from him in 4 weeks. Phone number is a landline that he may have transferred to his cell. He answered my 1st call 2 weeks ago and blamed the delay on the warranty company. Second call he didn't bother to pick up. Warranty company says he never put the claim in. Ran wid d' money! Avoid Kenny!

I can’t say enough good things about this company and the employees that I have encountered. In 10 months I have had to replace a hot water heater, twice! That is not their fault, first one was old and the second was a lemon. Pro Plumbing, specifically Shay in the office and Tony in the field were above and beyond the call of duty for awesome. Was told I needed to replace an 8 year old toilet due to a calcium buildup. If the technician would have been more concerned about doing his job rather than getting on to the next bill he would have been able to properly diagnose the issue. All he had to do was use an auger on the toilet in question and the problem would have been solved. Not to mention I had an appointment that the technician never showed up for. Didn't call either. This company is horrible and looking for the best way to charge the customer the most money.... read more
Home warranty company sent this company out. Sat around and talked about what could be the problem. Didn't do anything. Said he would come back to fix the slow drain tub. Did not. Cashed my warranty payment. When my warranty company called them to follow up they hung up on them.
