Shane and Kevin were extraordinarily helpful in fixing a no so straightforward sewer backup. They were careful to not damage my home and were very professional! After the sewer backup was fixed, they verified everything worked before departing. Thank you Shane and Kevin!
Does poor work if and when they even show up. NOT Reliable, damages pipes then charges to repair. Over charges… 4 attempts to do the job and still couldn’t do it right. Had to hire someone else. Doesn’t know how to install kitchen faucets. Never showed up for appointment.
Good customer service. But, It would have been helpful to know in advance that they charge 77 dollars for the visit even though the visit lasted 2 minutes without fixing the issue or touching the toilet.
Kevin is the man! Comes in handles business, got here early, was very thorough. Really appreciate the help, nice work!
