Thank you Pro Plumbers. Frankie was the best from beginning to endwent over everything in detail with complete transparency. I was surprised when Pro Plumbers Inc in Carson asked me to write a review before they even started the job just to get a discount. That felt like a tactic to boost their ratings unfairly. The actual service was okay — nothing terrible, but definitely not exceptional. However, I found the pricing to be overpriced for what was done. If you're considering them, just be aware of their review policy and shop around for better value.

They guys were great. Took their time, explained everything to me. Showed me everything was working properly and told me how to manage my hot water heater in the future. I had a great experience.

Franky and Andre did a great job cleaning up the mess that another less skilled handyman’s so called fix. Our issue is fixed and I am definitely taking their advice and hopefully using their services in the future.
