Reckless plumber on the road Saw one of their plumbers driving like a maniac — speeding, cutting people off, and showing zero respect for other drivers. Totally unprofessional for a work vehicle. If that’s how they drive, I wouldn’t trust them to be careful with a job either.

Pro plumbers failed to fix my leaking toilet, have failed to refund and failed to come back to rectify. Actually they came back after I cancelled the appointment. They did request to come back but when your left with urine all over a brand new bathroom floor, ruined grout and they failed to clean up and dry out urine pooling under my vanity, I requested a refund. I would give zero stars if I could. Matt the owner of this plumbing company was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. From the moment I called, he had a terrible attitude — talking over me, making sarcastic comments, and acting like my questions were a waste of his time. When he showed up, he looked annoyed to even be there and spent more time complaining than actually working. When I needed a dripping kitchen sink tap replaced I contacted Pro-Plumbing as I have used them recently to replace a toilet. Andrew turned up on schedule and explained the process. Andrew was very professional and polite. He replaced the old tap and cleaned up afterwards. I was very happy with the work and his approach to his work. I Would use Pro-Plumbing again.

I would definitely recommend Pro Plumbing for excellent service and communication. A late afternoon call for a leaking hot water service saw Jessie arrive. He was friendly and efficient. Explained different scenarios, listened to my concerns and I made my decision easy. Left me with a temporary gas hot water service to get me through the night.
