I can’t recommend Jordan and his team highly enough! They are incredibly professional, reliable, and attentive to every detail. What really sets them apart is that they genuinely care about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers. You can tell they take pride in what they do and go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. It’s refreshing to work with people who truly stand behind their work. If you’re looking for a plumber you can trust, I highly recommend them!

I bought a fixer in West County in 2022 and have worked with numerous contractors while renovating the house. Jordan and Pro Plumb are among the easiest to give a five-star rating. Jordan was referred to me by Rock Solid Drains and I could not be happier. His ability to communicate the repair over the phone was exceptional and gave me confidence that he was the man for the job. I cannot recommend highly enough of Jordan's work at Pro Plumb. He came out to my rental diagnosed the blocked sewer line to the Lift Pump, removed the debris , cleared the motor, updated the parts all with cheerfulness and professionalism. What tremendous service. Very much appreciated.

Awesome company to work with - so glad I found Jordan. He took a very complicated shower valve problem and solved it. Jordan really knows his stuff - got right to the point, didn’t waste any time and was friendly and professional. Went the extra mile and I am grateful. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber with integrity, who really knows what he’s doing.
