Jordan was referred to me by Rock Solid Drains and I could not be happier. His ability to communicate the repair over the phone was exceptional and gave me confidence that he was the man for the job. He suggested we also replace the existing plumbing and install new shutoff valves which ended up being the right call. I cannot recommend highly enough of Jordan's work at Pro Plumb. He came out to my rental diagnosed the blocked sewer line to the Lift Pump, removed the debris , cleared the motor, updated the parts all with cheerfulness and professionalism. What tremendous service. Very much appreciated.

Awesome company to work with - so glad I found Jordan. He took a very complicated shower valve problem and solved it. Jordan was fantastic. He not only took the time to explain the situation to my realtor at the house , he also called me at work. The pest report had come back that there was a leak from my toilet under the house. Jordan crawled under the house and found nothing. He said everything was dry. (The pest inspection happened on a rainy day) and the best part was that didn’t charge me! I used Pro Plumb as he came highly recommended from my electricians Eleos Electric who I love!!!
