I cannot recommend highly enough of Jordan's work at Pro Plumb. He came out to my rental diagnosed the blocked sewer line to the Lift Pump, removed the debris , cleared the motor, updated the parts all with cheerfulness and professionalism. What tremendous service. Very much appreciated.
Awesome company to work with - so glad I found Jordan. He took a very complicated shower valve problem and solved it. Jordan really knows his stuff - got right to the point, didn’t waste any time and was friendly and professional. Went the extra mile and I am grateful. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber with integrity, who really knows what he’s doing.
Jordan was fantastic. He not only took the time to explain the situation to my realtor at the house , he also called me at work. The pest report had come back that there was a leak from my toilet under the house. Jordan crawled under the house and found nothing. He said everything was dry. (The pest inspection happened on a rainy day) and the best part was that didn’t charge me! I used Pro Plumb as he came highly recommended from my electricians Eleos Electric who I love!!!
Jordan has helped us multiple times and each of them have been great. One of which he went over the top and helped me over the phone, something that took about 2 mins. We will definitely be calling him again when the time comes!
