He was very rude he yelled and screamed at me because my husband was dealing with him they must of had an argument so he took it on me Imagine I apologized to him not knowing what was the argument about he came charged me 350.00 and he broke my filter he said it was broken told me to go buy one and he told me I charge 150.00.To install it’s all about money $$$$$$$. Je ne suis pas satisfaite du service offert car à l'ouverture de la piscine la grille pour la sortie d'eau n'avait pas était nettoyé et aussi mal installé. Ceci à causé les résidus de rester à la surface au lieu d'aller à l'écumoire. Christophe m'a facturé 100$ de plus pour le nettoyage de la piscine sans avoir enlevé en gros les feuilles au fond de la piscine. J'ai dû le faire moi-même. I would suggest that you all avoid this organization. The owner is extremely rude. He is a smooth talker and fails to follow-up on his promise to check on your pool opening when you alert him of issues the same night! I texted and called multiple times. We ultimately had to get our pool company to come back and check on his work, pipes were not installed property which was allowing for air in the system plus all his recommendations on salt levels and programming were completely wrong; it would have destroyed our liner on the... read more
