We made an appointment for my daughter to get a piercing. When we showed up for her appointment no one was there and we couldn't get in the building. We started to text Bella and she eventually got back to us and said she was dealing with something. She asked if we could come back in a few hours and she said she would give us a big discount. Bella was so kind and reassuring to my 6 year old daughter. She helped calm my daughter with step by step instructions and making it fun and enjoyable for her. As a mom in healthcare I was very impressed with the clean environment and sterile tools. Good quality earrings as well with lots of choices of colours. I would recommend Bella to all friends and family and return again myself.
