I've been renting with Pro Photo Rental for a few years now. I've never experienced customer service quite like this. Jared (the owner) personally came up from Boulder to Vail to deliver a lens that missed its UPS ride, accidentally. I can't thank him enough! Everyone at Pro Photo Rental has always been so kind and the equipment is next to none. Shipping back is smooth and easy too with a pre labeled box. Thanks Pro Photo Rental! My go to, everytime!
When you can't afford the good glass but need it, an excellent solution. Rented a lens for a week for shoots I could never get without an excellent telephoto. A forever customer. Worth driving from castlerock but if you have time, the will ship!
These guys are top shelf! I rented a Nikon Z 100-400mm zoom for a trip to Yellowstone. Cam was super helpful in helping me to pick the lens and in explaining the rental process. The price was very fair. The lens arrived on time via UPS. The lens itself looked new and performed better than expected. Celeste was great in making sure I was happy with the lens and the rental. I'll definitely rent from Pro Photo Rental again!
I’ve been coming here for rentals since the very beginning, circa 2008, when Jared was running the business out of his house. They have saved me many times and are always very knowledgeable about all the gear they carry. I’m looking forward to renting here till I’m in the buried in the ground.
