Replaced the screen of my Samsung 23 Ultra, they dropped and lost my sim card while repairing it so I had to get a new one, and the glue has been falling apart and my phone won't fit in cases properly because the glue isn't sticking down. for $500 that's pretty sad :/ They did the bare minimum of actually replacing the screen which I am happy for, but I imagine other places will do it much better and won't lose your sim card
I was a walk up customer, he had my phone repaired within the 20 minutes he quoted, was honest and explained the issue upfront. Great service, I am very thankful.
Searched all around Ringwood, then Melbourne. Pro phone was not only the cheapest, they had the new screen in stock and were able to fit it in 30 minutes. Great friendly service as well. Highly recommend.
Had an iPhone 12 battery replace, after the repair the phone shows an error message in settings that the battery is not recognised. Took it back and was explained that this is just how it is and nothing can be done. To be fair the new battery seems ok, but I would have liked to have been told this before they took my money. They did offer to put the old battery back in and refund, but what a waste of time.
best place ever put screen protector on my phone for free anywhere else would of costed money
