A really kind man helped me! I had to retake the photo because I only realised I wasn't looking towards the camera afterwards. He was really sweet and retook them free of charge.

After realizing that I needed the print out of the photo that they took for me a week ago, I called the store and one of the guys was nice and told me it was an issue to give me the photo, he also told me to come before 7 pm. Today, when I went to the store another person apparently the brother was extremely rude and asked me to pay $10. I said that I spoke with his brother and he never mentioned that, asked him to give him a call to confirm and he denied to do so. He was not friendly at all
