Excellent videos on repairing all types of tape dispensers. The replacement parts are all in stock, and they ship FAST! Very friendly and helpful staff. Just spoke with the gentlemen that owns this business and after having realized that I am not the target customer for him (as he repairs and I had not yet purchased one of these), he stayed on the phone to give advise and try and direct me to the right decision. Had to leave a review as a genuine person who is nice and cares about helping is uncommon enough today - I would recommend this business is likely a safe bet because the owner has a soul! :) Thank you!!
