Was told by Fed Ex Headquarters to come too this location to ship a small box of dry ice. Drove All the way there. And they said that they do not ship dry ice
My mom needed to get some real estate documents notarized. Deepti was so friendly that we had to stay and chat for a bit. I highly recommend Pro Pack & Ship if you need something notarized quickly with a side of kindness. EDIT: Two years later, and we're still very pleased. This time, we used their print, notary, scan and shipping services and everything went great. While their services are great, it's their warmth that makes them special.

Service is awful, customer service seems to be obnoxious at best, and when walking in, it smells like cigarette smoke in the morning. Please go to another shipping store. This feels obnoxious and trashy at best
