Service is awful, customer service seems to be obnoxious at best, and when walking in, it smells like cigarette smoke in the morning. Please go to another shipping store. This feels obnoxious and trashy at best

I needed to have a boogie board shipped to Indiana but it would have been over the top expensive. The owner went above and beyond to help me wrap it up so I could take it on the plane as checked luggage and it wouldn't get damaged. He was the nicest and most helpful person. If someone gives this business one star, it is the person writing the review that is the problem. My son's boogie board made though two airports and back home without any damage because of Pro Pack & Ship's impeccable customer service. Thank you!
