I've used Corky's for over 20 years and never had a problem until the company was sold a few years ago. The new owners have raised the price 3 times and NEVER provided advance notice of the price change. Their customer service reps are rude and I've been given incorrect information several times. I've canceled my service and no longer would recommend this company to anyone.
We hired them to address our subterranean termite issue and had an amazing experience with them. Ramon did a thorough inspection annd remediation job. Quality work at a reasonable price point and warranty.
Worst company to ever exist. Requested a termite inspection. Someone came out the next day and was so rude to my clients. He came in to their home with smart remarks and had a very negative attitude. Then we are waiting for the inspection report and I am calling everyday to see why they haven't sent the report. After 8 days, I called demanding a full refund. They then told me I was going to have the report withing 1 hour. Save yourself the headache and find another company.
Would not recommend this pest control, did not let me know when they were coming. Did not inform me of any changes. Way over charged me.
