Extremely Disappointing After 10 Years I’ve been a customer of Pro Optical for nearly a decade, but this latest experience was unacceptable and ended any future business with them. Despite my insurance covering services, I was billed extra fees just to receive a prescription and for services clearly marked as included. Doctors are good, but after the exam they only want to sell you new glasses and new frames. I don’t come back
I’m a long-time customer of Prooptocal Eyecareat its location on Cambridge St.—by MGH inBoston. It has 1) an outstanding team of professionaloptometrists, opticians, and an excellent administrative staff (my optician Linda is the best) 2)an extensiveselection of frames and lenses. Working with Prooptocal’s attentive and knowledgable staff, I’ve been able to make expeditious choices of eyeglass wear for me as my vision has changed overtime. I highly recommend it to others! EJS
