We have used Pro OnCall for our small business' IT services since 2007. They are always very responsive to our needs, professional, and do things right the first time. Not an easy task in today's technology world! These guys do a great job and I always feel they have our company's best interests at heart.
Pro OnCall in Atlanta and Austell, GA SAVED my business data. I thought my 'current' IT guy at the time had the proper backups for all my data, but I never tested the backups to make sure I could actually get my data back if something should happen. Well it did happen, and I lost about 25% of my data with my "OLD" IT guy. Well, I called PRO ON CALL and they did a great job and stopped the bleeding with my company data problem and Pro-OnCall actually recovered some of my data back. I love you nerds! LOL.
