FILED DOWN NAILS WHEN ASKED NOT TO— I usually have a good experience here and have been coming for years. However, yesterday’s appointment was really unpleasant and I felt extremely disrespected. For context, when I come in I ask for a builder gel on-top of my natural nails to help keep them strong as I’m very active, and a simple french tip. First time here. Had dip done on my fingers and 3 days later every single nail was coming loose on the corners by the cuticles, allowing moisture underneath. By day 4 one had even cracked and chipped off. Ridiculous! Never experienced this issue with dip at other salons. Plus minimal to no cuticle prep was done so they look awful anyway. Waste of money and I will never go back.

This is my 3rd time at this nail salon and it was last time. I asked the woman to do clear over my french dip and after telling her multiple times I left with a white coat over my nails. I asked her to re do them another day because I had to go but she told me either redo them today or not at all. I left and told her I will not come here ever again. There is another woman in there that does a good job but the other one doesnt care

I got my nails done by Vi. She did an amazing job and exactly what I asked for. I got gel acrylic full set for only $50. She even stayed later in the day for my appointment. Greatly appreciate. I also had my pedicure with Sophia & Anna before. They’re all very friendly and accommodating. Pricing is good!
