Pro Nails & Spa is an outstanding salon. Everyone is friendly and professional! I have always had the most amazing nails and toes! I will not go any place else. I would recommend having an appointment, but I have seen it super busy and walk-ins never have to wait very long. Treat yourself, it is the best!
I have been a loyal customer at Pro Nails & Spa for over a year, only getting gel manicures, but I am completely done bringing my business here. Over the past year, the service has slowly become incredibly unreliable and unprofessional. I regularly have to wait 20 to 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment times because they prioritize walk-ins over booked clients.
