I hate to complain and leave bad reviews but my visit today at this nail shop left me uncomfortable, upset, and unsatisfied. I went here with my mother as a day date with her to get our nails done and was met with an unprofessional man. He was super-rough handed, the water was way too hot, and for whatever reason he felt the need to comment on my body and make unnecessary remarks. To begin, I hate leaving bad reviews. But I only leave honest reviews. My sister went here to enjoy a pedicure, and instead of enjoying it, she was body shamed and felt very uncomfortable. She was there to relax. NOT TO BE RIDICULED. No one should share an opinion on any one else’s body, especially OUT LOUD to their face. Shame on the man who spoke on my sister, a young woman’s body. I was very pleasantly impressed by this place! Thank you for your good customer care, clean facility that does NOT have that strong chemical smell when you walk in the door.
I was very impressed with the friendly staff but most of all with the quality work they did on my nails! They did it even better than I had them done elsewhere and I am very happy to refer them to anyone!
Jan was a sweetheart! Very friendly, talented and accommodating. Tom was excellent as the pedicure leg massage tech. This business is under new management since May. I highly recommend Jan and her crew. Llano is blessed to have her. I have had experiences at nail spas all over Texas. She rates right up there with Austin, Houston, Dallas and a lot more locations. Will definitely be going back.
