It took 2.5 hours to get a basic pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure was good, but slow. The issues are with their approach to removing gel polish and preparing the nail for a new gel manicure. Rather than the industry standard of using a bit of cotton with either a foil wrap or a clip, this salon insisted on having me dip my hands into a bowl of acetone! For over 30 minutes!
