I had a busy Sunday and need a Pedicure but the salon open at 11 am. Thanks to the owner who is flexible, allowed Kim to open the salon early for me. Thanks Kim for getting up early on Sunday morning, you are the best nail tech , you treated my black toe nail better than my Podiatrist, I love my new toe nail. Phuong Nguyen
I wish I would have asked around the office before I went to Pro Nails. Turns out I'm not the only one that they have injured. During my pedicure, the person cut my big toe so badly that it wouldn't stop bleeding, then she poured alcohol onto it. After yelling out loud, she apologized to me. She still charged me full price! I vowed to tell everyone I know to not go there. It was the worst pedicure experience I have ever had. If YP let me choose zero stars, I would have.
