I had a very disappointing experience during my nail service appointment. From the beginning of the appointment, I felt that I was spoken to disrespectfully and treated unprofessionally. The nail technician, John, seemed visibly irritated, and it appeared that my appointment was an inconvenience because he was trying to watch a game on his phone while working. This is my first time coming to this place and I’m NEVER coming back. When I pulled into the parking lot some man was staring at me before I even walked in. So I waved so that he could be acknowledged that I was coming in. Then he told me to sign some form electronically and I had to tell him to hold on because I wanted to read what I was signing. My initial experience with this salon was great. I have no complaints. I came in and was greeted with kindness immediately. Ben did my nails exceptionally fast and came out amazing. Derin was kind, friendly and professional. My pedicure felt relaxed and was much needed. I will recommend this nail salon to everyone.
