Very unfriendly staff representing their brand. My wife and I were standing out front after getting a soda from panda express on a hot day. A person from inside pro nails asked if we could not stand in front of their window. The lady said I we were disturbing the customers.my back was turned towards the window, and so was my wife's back. I did a pedicure and manicure with a regular nail polish. Sadly the nail polish didn’t even last day. I am giving a 3 star rating because of the cute and nice staff.

Those people are so weird - they let me out with hands messed up with oil. I asked if they dry the oil with hot towels, they lady said no then she said i dont have hot towals now, like wth this is not completed service! At the cashier the older woman put tip herself to the final price and said pay . I havent seen such thing before. This service is only for people coming from church, you can go and see the treatments and the language, so weird never coming back
