Bad customer service and way over priced. Showed photo of design I wanted told me the price. I paid for. Then when I wanted the design changed charged more. Then asking for gems they charged me more again. Even though the photo I showed had gems in it. Over $200 for a set. The lady cut my natural nails too short and made me bleed. Over filed my nails were it burned me. Don’t recommend coming here there to her nail salons that do a great job for cheaper
Pedicure was great but manicure was messy. I would have rated it with 3 stars if it’s the other way around.
Jennifer alienates customers and makes them feel unwelcome and not want to cone back. I've been coming to pro nails for 7 months.. initially service was impeccable by Jennifer, this service has changed dramatically. Spent 15 minutes explaining prices to me after I asked for service (meanwhile Ive bern coming here long enough I know how much things cost). When I explained I wasn't worried about the price, I was more worried about the look of my nails.. she rolled her eyes and said "we start now?" Belittles, talks over and ign... read more
