I wanna know today for my first time to get my eyebrows waxed. I felt very uncomfortable and unwanted. She was pushing and snatching on my head and when I spoke to her about it, she act like she did not understand what I was saying to her, but she eased up a little bit so that lets me know she knows that she was being rough with me. I give this experience a one star because I have to in my opinion they get none. and both of my brows are two different shapes and that really sucks because it’s on my face

I will not return to this nail salon. They charged me $190 for a basic gel manicure and pedicure and it was absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had. My nails were soaked in cold water, I did not receive a massage of kind and to top it all off my nail person worked on another persons nails while mine were soaking. After using the utensils in the other lady’s nails he proceeded to package the utensils back up and use them on my nails without sanitizing them at all. Leigh gave me the best pedicure I've ever had. I got the spa pedicure with hot towels and an excellent madsage. She took her time and was very professional. I will definitely be back.
