This was my first time getting my nails done professionally, I didnt want to waste money on press ons so I chose to spend a bit extra. It was 55 dollars, the man was very nice, friendly, funny, kind. I didnt really have the heart to complain but my nails kind of look like a pringles potato chip, they are kind of bent and crooked.
Honestly very disappointed, customer service was very poor ! The guy/ owner who ever he is was unreasonably rude and unprofessional. Was triggered when I showed him a picture of my inspo nails and told me they don’t go based on inspo pictures and they don’t have OPI which I understand but sir your falling short of market demand, also unnecessarily raised his voice and told me to go to another salon, mumbling about me as I was getting my nails by a different technician …..like I said bad experience.
