Helen once again did excellent work. Went from hot pink long nails to short French tipped nails. So happy with the result
I can’t say enough how great this nail salon is! The staff are so friendly, kind and empathetic . My mom is in a wheel chair and has rheumatoid arthritis, can barely open her hand and the staff and technician go out of their way to accommodate her and make sure she is happy and comfortable. We were fundraising for my daughter’s BCSPL soccer team and they were happy to give a GC for the gift baskets to support the community. This is the type of local business that I am happy to support ❤️
I had such a wonderful experience at Pro Nails! It actually started before I even walked through the door. The gentleman who booked my services was so kind, welcoming, and helpful over the phone that I immediately had a feeling I was going to have a great experience, and I was absolutely right! Not the service I expected! She initially told me the service would take an hour, but she only spent about 30-35 minutes. There was no proper scrubbing or massage, and my nails weren’t shaped properly either. It honestly felt rushed, as though they were trying to finish quickly to take another appointment. Very disappointing experience
