Not my first time here but definitely my last. Got a basic mani/pedi cat eye gel toes/clear hands $75. Asked 2 people were there any price differences with the cat eye and neither shared that it was so I was surprised at the register. It’s not posted anywhere…I checked. Additionally, my manicure was uneven and without massage. Lastly, not enough English speakers present to answer questions which was the ultimate problem. Nice nail shop I work down the street I usually go here for my brows. I just found out that Tammy doesn’t work there no more and that broke my heart ….. who suppose to do my brows now 😔😔💔supposedly she moved to Michigan. This her work ⬇️
This is my first time coming here. I came in for a manicure with regular polish. I was seated and a tech started on my nails. I’m not sure what happened but another tech came over and started arguing with him about my nails. It’s was extremely uncomfortable , rude and unprofessional. The atmosphere in this place is just stale. The staff is loud. Some of them were in the pedicure station sleep. The salon it self looks a bit rundown. I won’t be back. A nail salon experience should be relaxing and this was not.
Went in yesterday knowing that my nails were bad and told them. She filed my nails down, skin included! Told me I have an infection under my big toenails yet she kept cutting them and filing with the electric grinder, then said no nailpolish for you, you need to see doctor. So, left with all of my toes bleeding and they still charged me for the pedicure! Going to doctor tomorrow because I can barely walk! Stay safe people, would never go to this place
