I've been going to this shopfor a very long time it is not very well kept. They do really good work, and they're have a consistent flow of customers, their they need to put back into the facility to keep the customer serviced at best.

I will not be returning to this salon. I’ve been a customer for a while, even though the shop has never been very clean. A few days ago, I paid $106 for a service, and my nails chipped shortly afterward. When I returned, I calmly showed Jay the issue. Instead of addressing it professionally, he told me my nails “look old,” even though I had just been there two days earlier. When I asked about changing the color, he quoted me $10. Jay is ridiculously rude & violent. He had the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. He made me pay twice after threatening me & poking my hand violently. I had to call the police because I feared for my life . Please don’t even walk inside.

Today my mom paid for my nails. The person at the front desk gave her an amount which she paid. As we were walking out, she asked if I got my feet done. I said yes I got a color change & it was on my ticket. Then 3 employees began very unpleasant and unprofessional dialogue about it. My mom paid her again & let her know she paid was she quoted her.
