They will rush you out!!! They say you’re nails are dry even know there not. My provider didn’t listen he was filing my nails and he started to do it to rough and I said stop it’s starting to hurt. I was pulling my hand and he was pulling back, he started to file again then I got loud and said STOP!! After he saw blood then he said sorry. Go to another salon or find someone who is polite.

I did not like my nails I had my nails cut down and I told him I wanted the same shape. He gave me a fat wide almond shape. It was ugly. I politely just paid, but I would never come back. I told him that he rushed his job . My finger nails was brittle to the touch . I’m scared to even scratch my skin .

Never coming to this shop again some of these workers are very rude! I even recorded the guy doing my nails and it translated his Vietnamese he talked about what I wanted to his coworker for about 15 min I even told him I saw that he was bad mouthing me in my face! Whenever you come to this shop get your real time translator and you will see they bad mouthing customers constantly! I will only go to English or Spanish speaking nail shops from here on out! I've been going to this shopfor a very long time it is not very well kept. They do really good work, and they're have a consistent flow of customers, their they need to put back into the facility to keep the customer serviced at best.
