Went in yesterday knowing that my nails were bad and told them. She filed my nails down, skin included! Told me I have an infection under my big toenails yet she kept cutting them and filing with the electric grinder, then said no nailpolish for you, you need to see doctor. So, left with all of my toes bleeding and they still charged me for the pedicure! Going to doctor tomorrow because I can barely walk! Stay safe people, would never go to this place
If you looking for the basics it’s not all that bad but I just would never do a pedi there anymore my toes look like a toddler painted them forreal and they couldn’t figure out how to match the color I wanted. My nails are tea, he did a good job matching the color I wanted and he was gentle with my nails, however he overcharged me on the slick side. I only came back because yall are located near my residence but again the worst service ever. My French tip looks ridiculous. The artist did not remove an obvious set of overlay on my nails or at least make it known that it was time for a whole new set instead of a filling being that my nails weren’t in terrible condition..but now one of my French tip how I string of hair through it and the French tip isn’t a French tip.service was terrible. To piggy back on my earlier review … This place has seen much better days. The new owners are horrible and prices are very how now. “ALL” of the good techs are gone … Sophia, Sammie, Tammie, Ms. Kim. The best tech they have now is Cindy, doing brows and lashes and she’s only there on Saturday. If Cindy leaves, I will have no reason to go there. You guys lack management skills and you need better techs with better customer service skills. Don’t waste your time with these people.
