Kim and her husband are awesome..
My daughter got her nails done and the guy cut her not once but twice, did not even apologize. Next day less than 24 hours after getting them done the color starts peeling off. They offer to fix them but my daughter said she is done and don’t want them touching her anymore. Said she doesn’t do refunds. When I told her that my daughter wasn’t coming back she offered to give $20 back from her total.

Got my eyebrows waxed here and was disappointed with the service. The wax was fine except the woman that waxed them didn’t clean off the excess wax or anything afterwards so I left with wax and pieces of wax strip all over. Not to mention the rude comment she made about my body before even starting the wax.
