Took my sister here for her birthday. She got acrylics put on, they ground her actually fingernails down so much that her fingernails are in constant pain. I got a manicure with gel nails. During the process I had to ask her to redo 2 of my nails due to big air bubbles in the paint and being applied sloppily. I still walked out of there with lumpy finger nails, air bubbles, and gel paint that is hanging off because they applied it to my skin as well.

It was ridiculous. First they said they didn't do waxing. On website it is listed. Second they made my sister take off her own nail polish. Never seen that before. Next they didn't even prep our nails correctly for acrylic. The nail polish was sloppy. I have a crooked nail. They left the extra acrylic on the back of our nails instead of buffing it out. Lots of air bubbles. Over all very unhappy. I will not be returning.

I will never go back , nor would I recommend this place to ANYONE. My nails look ridiculous. I could've painted them better myself, the polish is all over my skin. On top of the POOR job on my nails, my bill was $25, I paid with debit and left NO tip because of how dissapointed I was with the job they did--I just checked my online account and I was charged $30. I'm OUTRAGED that they would go in and write themselves a tip. I'm contacting my back tomorrow.

So it was my first time coming here and let me tell you before you waste your gas go anywhere else. They were rude. I came in at 5:00pm on a Monday, they close at 6:00pm, to get a polish change and they had me wait then take off my own polish. I've never been to a salon before that made you take off your own polish. I got a pink polish and told her to do a "cute" design, I got pink nails with white sloppy lines and green (hulk green) over top the white. I went to Pro Nails today in Fulton. I left extremely disappointed! I had never been there before and won't be going back. I went in for a manicure and left with massacre! I looks like my six year niece did it, but I paid for it. It's really rough...I should have known I was in trouble when I used the polish remover and my fingers were coming out with glitter. It looks like someone painted over sand paper.
