When I arrived at ProNails. I've been going there for several months getting my nails done each time it was a wonderful. No complaints. Then I started to get my nails taken off due to upcoming surgery... I also decided to get a pedicure.. the girl that did my pedicure keep on hurting my toes, I explained to her that they were sore. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I went in for a pedicure and was completely shocked by the poor hygiene and lack of professionalism. The tools they used looked dirty and reused, which is completely unacceptable. The pedicure itself was rushed and done carelessly — not at all what I expected based on the pictures they promote.
