Very disappointing experience traumatic actually. I came in with a gel x manicure and asked for them to be removed because they were falling off. I figured their the professionals so no worries.. WRONG! My fingernail on my ring finger was ripped off partially and started bleeding and the filing was so rough that it hurt and damaged my cuticles on most of my fingers. When I arrived at ProNails. I've been going there for several months getting my nails done each time it was a wonderful. No complaints. Then I started to get my nails taken off due to upcoming surgery... I also decided to get a pedicure.. the girl that did my pedicure keep on hurting my toes, I explained to her that they were sore.
