Customer service is top notch!! 10/10 recommend going here. They took me and my two friends in right before close and were very nice and took their time and did not rush us out! very happy

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. It was a total nightmare. All I wanted was one hour to myself to do some self care and it was my biggest regret. I called to ask if they are free and they said they were. After 10 min of waiting, they asked me to sit down and soak my feet in the water. The water was boiling hot and when I told the lady, she turned on the hot water instead of the cold and burned my feet in hot water (twice!). Love my nails!! They look exactly how I imagined and the design is great! I love the shape the most, they are thin and clearly took the time with the shaping of my nail! Since they are thin will be less harmful to my nail bed as they grow out and I appreciate this attention to detail! Great customer service as well :)
