Instead of using fingernail polish remover, they used the dremel to remove my grandmother's polish (it was plain clear polish, not gel). They didn't buff or make them smoothe before applying the clear polish (again regular polish), so her nails look terrible. This was just a few days ago and most of the clear polish has chipped away because of the ridges they put in her nails. Do NOT recommend. I have been going to pro nails for a few years. Never had any issues, until this time. This is 3 days after getting them done. All the gel polish has come off and now left with a medical bill for an infection.
I think this was the best pedicure I have ever gotten in the history of ever! The nail technician was so very thorough and the massage was incredible! I highly recommend Pro Nails in Batesville!
My daughter had her nails done less than a week they all had fallen off.
