They gladly accepted my membership money, but did not show up to our scheduled appointment. I have called and left many messages, but they have not picked up the phone in months.
Worst customer service EVER! The owner doesn't care about past customers, won't return calls, won't repair they're own screw ups! Avoid this company. Most good reviews are ignorant of their trouble work. Then what they screwd up, they don't take responsibility for it, blame something else and charge YOU for it. Terrible company, terrible workmanship. Totally unreliable too. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! There's NO WAY THEY HAVE 4+ STARS, UNLESS IT'S BULLSHIT!

Our ac went out last night and matt was recommended to me in our neighborhood fb group. They sent a tech out and got us taken care of this morning! The tech was very polite and did good work. He said it was good i got ahold of them this morning because its just the two of them at the moment and he was on his way to another call.
