Our ac went out last night and matt was recommended to me in our neighborhood fb group. They sent a tech out and got us taken care of this morning! The tech was very polite and did good work. He said it was good i got ahold of them this morning because its just the two of them at the moment and he was on his way to another call.
Worst service. They will schedule a appointment and won’t show up or even have the courtesy to call and tell you that they won’t be able to make it. You have to call them a thousand times before they answer the phone if they answer the phone at all.
Lack of communication, no service order was put into our insurance company haven’t had any status update these guys.
They took our money up front, texted for pictures of the unit, and we heard almost nothing else until the day of - a month later. They rescheduled us twice, making us wait both days before rescheduling… We didn’t mind, but its worth mentioning. The old unit was inside a spare closet - I made sure to include pics and tell them it was a small space. I assumed pics with the closet full of stuff got the point across that we use the closet, but I guess I was mistaken. This house has almost no storage, we don’t even have a pantry.... read more
