This company is the worst of the worst. They entered my home and rushed the entire packing process. After packing and storing my things, I was never given access to my belongings. The owner of the company was cordial but very unresponsive to receiving phone calls. He is totally a non-communicator. He will not return phone calls, emails or text. Our initial experience was positive as our move was timely and expedient as promised. Once we found damage to our furniture and our LED television screen was shattered, the owner (David Garner) went silent. He will not return phone calls, text message or voicemails. He did come inspect the damage at our home but has not paid for damages as promised. Similar complaints have been filed by others with the Better Business Bureau. Horrible company!!!! They were to move my parents to Charlotte NC, they had loaded 3 trucks in Montgomery but only 2 trucks arrived. When questioned this they had no answer and we can not get in contact with the owner for where the other truck and contents are and he will not return any phone calls!This is theft and we have contacted the authorities to take legal action against the company and the owner David Garner! DO NOT USE this company!
Pro Movers and Storage in Montgomery, Alabama is a terrific choice for moving your household. David, the owner, is prompt, courteous, and understands the stress that comes along with moving a home. Pro Movers allows you to either do some of the work yourself and can supply the boxes, tape, wrapping, etc. or you can rely on them to do a turn-key job with little involvement-other than labeling where you want furniture and items to go in your new household.
