Extremely disappointed. I received treatment a year and a half ago, but now, after a year, most of the results are nearly gone. I’ve called twice and left voicemails but never received a response. I also sent two messages with no reply. When I went there to discuss booking another appointment, I was left waiting for 35 minutes—even after I mentioned I was in a hurry. Shannon was so incredibly personable and certainly has a great deal of experience and expertise. I am so pleased with the results to camouflage significant scar across the back of my head that was from a previous beard transplant.
