Brandon gave me several quotes based off of what I was asking for. Came out on short notice when the insurance adjuster came to do their own inspection. His quote was spot on. They found some rotted facia board when removing the old roof/gutters (I saw the rotten lumber myself as well) they replaced it instead of covering up, which I appreciated.
